ABOUT SUBMISSIONS

To submit your contribution, connect to the site using your scienceconf.org (or HAL-HS) account. If you do not have a scienceconf.org account, create one,  then,  select  Submissions on the navigation panel. Copy and paste the long abstract directly when you submit your contribution.

Send also the long and short abstracts in Word.doc format as an attached copy.

VIRTUAL PRESENTATIONS

All virtual presentations will take place via Zoom. The virtual presentations will be scheduled in the same way as regular conference presentations. The length of each virtual presentation will be 15 minutes, followed by questions and answers (5 to 10 minutes). When the conference programme is ready, a Zoom link will be provided.

Pre-recorded video

Going virtual means that we need to take certain precautions in case participants have connection problems. Because of this contingency, we will also require each of you to submit a pre-recorded video, regardless of your prior choice of contribution modality. We discourage the submission of pre-recorded videos based solely on PowerPoint. We recommend videos that integrate your presentation and PowerPoint.

  • Please send your pre-recorded video latest 4 March 2021.
  • The duration of a pre-recorded video is 10 minutes.
  • The filename of the file must be as follows: surname_name JRE2021_Video_ paper code.
